Tidenham Tunnel was once again open and illuminated from 8am this morning. The opening times are:
1 – 30 April 8am – 6pm
1 May – 15 August 7am – 7pm
16 August – 30 September 8am – 6pm
“Many thanks to all volunteers who have generously given their time to the project over the winter months including (but not limited to) path maintenance, nurturing surrounding vegetation and preparing the tunnel for re-opening. Tintern Wireworks bridge remains closed for now, but we’ll provide an update as soon as we hear about its reopening, hopefully in the next few weeks.
Please encourage local family and friends to get involved – we’re always keen to welcome new volunteers on board!
