On 24 August we opened a link between the Waddesdon Greenway at Aylesbury Vale Parkway station and Haydon Hill, and the Emerald Way to the town centre. John Grimshaw of Greenways came up with the idea, designed the route, obtained all the permissions and supervised construction, Greenfords built it, Buckinghamshire Council were the clients, and Sustrans DfT Active Travel funds paid for it. A good partnership!
